2007 Remodeling Excellence Awards winners

The Master Builders Association of King And Snohomish Counties honored 22 of its members at its annual Remodeling Excellence Awards (REX) banquet held Saturday, June 16 2007 at Spirit of Washington Event Center in Renton.

Here's a summary of the project:

"This single father travels extensively and he wanted to come home to a place that reflected his refined tastes and where he could relax. He wanted (and got) a lighting system that represents part of the solar system in a Remodeling Excellence (REX) Awards Winners, page 3 of 6 bathroom with beautiful marble around the tub that was flanked by two marble countertops. When seated in the jetted tub, he could look up to the ceiling and see an outline of the solar system. In-wall faucets are set above the glass vessel bowl sinks. The pebble floors and the black linen wall tiles not only look great but also make for total relaxation."
