Our West Seattle Master Suite Addition passed inspection today. We are now in gear to get the insulation installed and then move right into drywall. The wiring for the door switches (The entry closet door lights will come on when the door is opened) Some cool features that the clients have chosen are remote access tot he front door, with a key-chain the front door will unlock. Also there will monitoring of the front door, if someone comes to the front door, the homeowners can view who is at the front door from 3 locations (Each floor) and unlock the door so the visitor can come in the house.

The 7.1 surround system is being installed with the recess speakers. The accent lighting for the front foyer is roughed in and we are waiting for the new custom front door. The garage doors jsut got installed

The siding crew has started to install the new siding, we are using Hardie plank smooth siding and the corners will be metal comers with clean simple trim around the windows and doors. We wil be building a trellis in front opf the garage door.

The entry will have a tile floor and when you approach the steps leading to the landing this will transition into hardwoods, the handrails will be metal with stainless steel cables topped with wood.

This is a nice project an d great clients to deal with, it doesn’t get any better than that.
