Dear Tom,

We would like to thank you for the high level of workmanship used in our remodeling project. Because of the very extensive work we wanted done, involving replacing the huge beams in the living room, extending the front of the house five feet, replacing the side deck, replacing four very large picture windows, additional roofing, and inside finishing we were very concerned about the contractor we hired. As we watched the work progress we realized that our choice was indeed excellent. Your promised scheduling was always right on and your workers were on the job every day. Since we were out of town the first three weeks of the remodeling, we were somewhat apprehensive about leaving a contractor alone to work on our house. However, we need not have worried. When we returned, your work was right on schedule and the workmanship was above reproach. Also, the downstairs concrete work and room addition with accompanying finishing work has been a continued source of pleasure and comfort for our family.

It has been our pleasure to work with you and we would recommend your company to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dependable and creative contractor. We would never hesitate to call on you again for further work.

Restoration

Tom,

It's been quite a year and you were a very large part of it! We get so many compliments on the house now and we mention your name to everybody. In fact, it turned out so good it inspired me to make a wood engraving and I even added my studio. We have a bottle of wine over here with your name on it and would like to have you, Peggy and the little one come over... we'll call.

P.S. We finally had our neighbors over for our first dinner party and it was so special to have a nice place that we are proud of! I had thought we would have a party by now but this is Carls busy part of the year. He is already loving the new studio though it's not quite done yet. We are really happy! Love you guys. Barb
