Our process is to have the client thoroughly understand what they are getting before the project is built. It is definitely less expensive to redraw the plans and provide sketches than to move walls around and change the floor plans during construction. We offer help and support throughout the home design and building process with Fine Construction SOP's and client forms. We have built many homes and for most clients this could be their first and only major project. We want our clients to be involved as much as they wish in this incredible undertaking.
